SLL Consulting Services mission is straight forward: to deliver extra ordinary and value added church management consulting services to help church leaders propel their church forward. Our firm specializes in leadership development and coaching, ministry and program transition, and organizational and operational support. We are committed to delivering impactful solutions that produce real results. We focus on specific church goals not a “one size fit all” approach. We tailor our services to the needs of the church. We produce quantifiable actions. We connect our clients with a consultant who has expertise in a specialized area, strong leadership skills and an emphatic attitude. Our consultants work closely with the client and prioritize close collaboration. We listen to understand, respond for clarity, and consult with purpose. Stella L. Littles is the founder of SLL Consulting Services. She serves as Executive Consultant. Her professional background includes 20+ years experience in management analyzing complex operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic solutions. She also serves as a volunteer community activist advocating to improve the quality of life for those in the community. She works with state and local officials, church leaders, business leaders, and community leaders to address problems and issues impacting the community. She has a B.S. degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
